He patiently answered all of our (many!) questions, provided helpful comparisons between models, and was happy to let our daughter climb in and out of the tubs while we took our time deciding.Nothing was too much trouble, and at no point did we feel rushed. Once we made our choice, Andrew guided us smoothly through the purchase process — it really was that simple!Delivery happened within two weeks. The installation team were polite, professional, and answered all of our questions with ease.We’re absolutely delighted with our new hot tub — and our daughter loves it too!
