We had to chase our order. Andrew claimed it hadn’t been processed as it hadn’t been paid for. We had to send proof of funds. It then took almost 5 weeks to be arrive after chasing. Once it arrived it was damaged and items were missing. We chased for a replacement which took another 2 weeks and still items missing from the order. We emailed and sent WhatsApp’s and after persistence we eventually got the items and now the company are sending out communications to see if the items had arrived. Would not recommend for a slick service/delivery.
