We contacted blue whale to purchase a hot tub, they asked for videos of the location and access, I sent them two videos which were accurate and nothing hidden. The lady I spoketo f from sales and she confirmed there were no issues after watching the videos, we then ordered the hot tub, when the guys turned up to deliver the hot tub they took one and some photoes and refused to even try, they claimed that sales do not share the location videos with the delivery team,I would not recommend buying a hot tub from blue whale as sales do not communicate with logistics resulting in my very poor experiance with thjs company
