We saw the hot tub online but wanted to speak to someone about it. From our initial enquiry Andrew Brunton and the Blue Whale spa team gave us all the information needed and exceptional service. We had to arrange a crane to lift our tub in and the Blue Whale installation team liaised with them on the day to make the whole process seamless. They were informative, polite and professional. We had all our questions answered before they left. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We are now enjoying the benefits of our Princeton 3 hot tub.
