Rang this company to gather information about Hot Tubs and spoke to Andrew in sales. Having chatted with him for 10 minutes I decide to buy my Hot Tub from BlueWhale Spa. The process was stress free and everyone I spoke to was very helpful giving excellent advice. I sent a video of the route to bring the Tub into my property and Andrew confirmed they would be able to install it without needing a crane. The 2 lads that installed the Tub were very friendly and gave me good advice on how to run and clean the Tub. I have had the Hot Tub for seven months now and I could not be more pleased with the performance. Anybody thinking of buying a Hot Tub should contact this company. The after sales service is also excellent giving sound advice. James helped me with the controls on my Tub when a message came up that I did not know about.
