Ordered our 2nd hot tub from Blue whale. The last one we had for 4 years and no problems at all. We moved house and have ordered a new 6 seater. Fiona was great helping us with the logistics and dates the process was very fast. The delivery and installation was great Jon and Martin put their selves out to get the hot tub into its final position they wired the tub up and fitted all of the accessories they explained everything clearly and I learned some new tips on keeping a hot tub. All in all a great processfrom start to finish would highly recommend using them.
