In January I purchased a Blue Whale Huntington beach spa. The team at Blue Whale were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Fiona in sales was there to answer any queries I had, and arrange delivery flexibly around my needs. Each time I have called back with more queries she’s been so patient with me and made the entire purchase experience extremely easy. I had this spa craned over my house to its resting place and Mark and Edmore (the installation team) were utter perfectionists, attention to every tiny detail and so knowledgeable and informative about the aspects of my spa, they were so well mannered and patient with all of my questions and gave a fantastic intro to the spa. Then on to the quality of the product itself, my wife and I have been in the spa every day since it arrived, it’s absolutely fantastic, from the Bluetooth sound system to the powerful pumps and massage jets.
