Fiona provided exceptional customer care, attending to every detail with professionalism and kindness. She was incredibly organised and made the whole process seamless.From placing the order to delivery, it took just about a week and a half — impressively quick! The delivery team arrived on time and were polite, helpful, and very considerate, especially when navigating the tub through our neighbour’s garden. Their respect for surrounding property was much appreciated.The setup was straightforward. I was initially a bit concerned about managing the chemicals, but Fiona reassured me, and she was right — it’s been manageable. The YouTube videos provided by Blue Whale Spa were incredibly helpful and far easier to follow than the manuals.
