I purchased the hot tub via Costco. The link was seemless with Blue Whale who contacted me within 48hrs. Blue Whale went through what they required from me and we arranged a day. On the day the team were on time and very efficient. The route to my garden was not easy but the lads just got on with it.I did have an issue a few weeks later, called Blue Whale who arranged for technicians to attend the next day. Replacement cover lifter was required, a manufacturing fault and was duly installed. A few extra items for maintenance were also gifted, a nice touch. The technician also spent time running through the controls again. These lads were excellent. Unforeseen’s can happen, it’s how a company deals with them is that matters. Excellent service all round. Top class company.
