We bought a Clearwater Plus ex demonstration hot tub, were fully informed of its features, and it was delivered on time to our garden. We were happy to install it ourselves as we have worked in the industry, and the sole problem was a leak from a loose pipe fitting after transit, that was easily tightened up.
