After failing to locally source a replacement for a broken 15 year old appliance hinge on my Fridge-Freezer cabinet I contacted Blum UK for assistance. Wow. Sometimes these days you forget what excellent customer service is. I suspect they perhaps felt bad it had actually failed (it was overloaded as fitters should have used three rather than two).
