Our kitchen was installed 8 years ago. It incorporates a Blum larder style unit which has operated very smoothly until very recently when there became increased resistance when closing the drawer. I traced the problem to one of the runners and contacted Blum via their web site to see if I could purchase a replacement. In response to my query they couriered a replacement runner pair to me the next day, free of charge. Excellent service.
