I ordered a bouquet for a friend in a city. I entered the wrong address, so the delivery service returned it to the shop. I reached out to the shop to request a resend (offering to pay for the new delivery). Although it wasn't their responsibility, they went above and beyond and sent the bouquet at no extra cost.
