I ordered flowers to be delivered on 13/02/2026. The website showed parcel being prepared by sender from 10/02/2026 to 16/02/2026. I tried contacting through email and also phone but email and phone number didn't work/ didn't exist. I sent a message on their website 16/02/2026. I checked for updates this morning and it showed parcel out for delivery so I was expecting it to be delivered. 5 minutes later receiving a email that I'll be refunded, but i never asked to be refunded. I still wanted someone to receive the flowers. The website showed delivered, but was never received. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Order mishap with flower delivery

They took my order to deliver flowers to a church, but on the delivery day, they claimed it couldn't be done. It's as if delivering to a church isn't an option in Germany. Instead, the flowers were left at a pick-up location. Living in another country, I have no one to collect them. They also refuse to refund my money. Very disappointing service.

They took my order to deliver flowers to a church, but on the delivery day, they claimed it couldn't be done. It seems like delivering to a church isn't possible in the region. The flowers were left at an unknown pick-up point. I live abroad and have no one to collect them. They also refuse to refund my money. Extremely poor service.

Great service despite a mistake

I ordered a bouquet for a friend in a city. I entered the wrong address, so the delivery service returned it to the shop. I reached out to the shop to request a resend (offering to pay for the new delivery). Although it wasn't their responsibility, they went above and beyond and sent the bouquet at no extra cost. Truly thankful! Many thanks! ❤️

Overpriced flowers with cheap fillers

The selection of bouquets is fairly diverse, but almost every arrangement is filled with inexpensive filler flowers like Gerberas, then marked up because of one 'premium' flower like Lilies. The alternative is to buy the expensive flowers alone, which isn't what people want when searching for bouquets. As someone who works with flowers, I understand their costs, but the cheap fillers detract from the main attraction. It's all just a strategy to charge more by making the bouquet appear 'fuller.' Additionally, deliveries are often delayed by at least a day. Avoid ordering for Saturdays; you'll likely receive it the following Monday.

Avoid this service

Do not use this service. The birthday flowers never arrived. They took my money, and the delivery did not happen. Their response was automated and unhelpful. It's a scam. Don't risk ruining a special occasion. Scammed. Edit: It's exhausting dealing with their repetitive automated replies and blaming the delivery service, which doesn't even have the order. Many reviews echo the same sentiment—shame on them.

Disappointing florist experience

Extremely poor service. The flowers never arrived, and the company showed no willingness to assist. It was especially disappointing as it was for a birthday. All I received was an automated response, similar to other reviews. They took my money without delivering and ruined the occasion. Avoid this florist to prevent disappointment.

Terrible experience ordering flowers

The worst place to order flowers for your loved ones. I placed an order for fresh flowers for a birthday, providing the exact address and contact number. The delivery service kept pushing the delivery time later and then ultimately canceled. They could have simply called for clarification, despite having the correct information. When sending gifts for special occasions, timely delivery is essential. If you can't provide that, you shouldn't be in this business.

Late delivery and poor service

I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered flowers almost three weeks in advance, only to receive a notification that they would arrive a day late. I didn't realize there was an extra fee for reliable service. What a disappointment; I won't use them again.
