Not acceptable that when the recipient is away on delivery 1/there is no second passage 2/ recipient is not informed that the flowers are awaiting them somewhere.Instead, the sender is supposed to manage that part of the process and told that "you should have followed up since you have access to all information" I will definitely not buy again nore recommend
