I bought boots for my daughter at the end of October as a Christmas gift, ordering early to ensure they would arrive on time. She usually wears a size 7.5, but when I gave them to her, they were half a size too small. I reached out to the support team, and they informed me that I had missed the return window. I could understand if the boots were used and I wanted a refund, but I just wanted to exchange them for a half size larger. Very unsatisfactory customer service for such pricey boots. We will not be purchasing or recommending this service again.
