This company is terrible! They consistently misadvertise their prices and fail to honor them. They accepted my order, then canceled it two days later, claiming the pricing was incorrect and only offering a refund. It's unacceptable for a large company to deny a customer due to their pricing errors. I thought the sale was legitimate since that boot style was the only one at that price while the others were regular priced. The customer service is awful, relying solely on automated responses.
