I ordered a couple of pairs of boots for an upcoming trip. My oldest order was delayed over a week before shipping. I had to call almost daily because the support team only provided scripted email responses that offered no useful updates. I'm still waiting for the second pair to ship. The company needs to improve their customer service to be more personable. Given the price of these boots, I expected greater efficiency and better communication than what I've experienced.
