I bought their classic Chelsea boots in Italy at different times, and after a few years (just after the warranty period), the soft rubber soles of both pairs began to crack, despite minimal use. This was not due to wear but rather a chemical degradation of the rubber. I've had rubber-soled shoes for 20 years that remain in perfect condition, unlike these. When I complained to their Italian branch, they simply stated the shoes were out of warranty. You're paying for good upper leather shoes, but the quality of the rubber soles is disappointing. Be cautious when buying these shoes!
