I purchased boots for my daughter at the end of October as a Christmas gift, ordering early to ensure their arrival. She consistently wears a size 7.5, but when I gave her the boots, they were half a size too small. I contacted the support team, and they informed me that I had missed the return window. I would understand if the boots had been used and I sought a refund, but I merely wanted to exchange them for a half size larger. The customer service was very disappointing for such expensive boots. We won't be making any future purchases or recommending this service to others.
