I’m very disappointed with my purchase

I’m very disappointed with my purchase. After using the umbrella only twice, I found two holes in the material, despite taking good care of it and storing it properly. Customer service told me it was caused by “external friction,” which is simply not true. Their response felt dismissive and unhelpful.The product is poor quality, and the company was unwilling to offer a fair resolution. I won’t be buying from them again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.
