I purchased a Metro umbrella from Blunt and was impressed with its design, sturdiness, and lightweight feel. However, my experience with their customer service has been awful. I tried to return the unused product as it wasn’t suitable, but after many emails spanning over a month I’ve received no response at all.It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a company that makes great products but seems to have no regard for customers after the sale. I can’t recommend Blunt unless they drastically improve their customer service which based on some reviews prior to mine I don't have much hope for.
