Following an incident which caused catastrophic damage to the shaft of my Blunt Classic umbrella, I thought that it might have been beyond economical repair. However, after contacting Blunt via email, I discovered that the UK repair facility was close to my home. I arranged to deliver the umbrella and collect it again a few days later.The Blunt representatives with whom I corresponded and spoke could not have provided me with a better user experience.
