I used my BLUNT umbrella for several years without any issues, which made what happened recently all the more shocking. During a rainy day with moderate wind — nothing extreme — 5 out of 6 ribs broke simultaneously. For a brand that positions itself as robust and reliable, this is completely unacceptable.
I reached out to customer support, hoping for at least an explanation of how this could happen, but they didn't even attempt to address it. No technical insight, no acknowledgment of the defect, nothing.
I've since purchased an umbrella from another manufacturer. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend BLUNT to anyone.
