Customer service ?? Telephone answer machine left two messages no replies. Emails no response after 24?hours to an urgent request to a failed door lock on a Thursday. Friday afternoon now. No phones answered another email sent.Update I’ve had to remove the door lock to secure the premises. Waited until the end of the day for some customer support. 1 star was deserved.
