I am very satisfied with this product as it has effectively addressed my security and fire compliance concerns for my business. The keyless door handle was installed by a locksmith and has worked flawlessly since. It allows staff to access it using fingerprint recognition, passcodes, or fobs, and I can unlock the door remotely via a WiFi bridge from anywhere in the building. Additionally, it provides a means of exiting the building without a key, which meets fire safety regulations. I'm grateful I didn’t see the negative comments before making my purchase, as they might have deterred me. So far, it has proven to be very reliable over the last two months, and I use it in conjunction with a video doorbell that meets my needs. I would definitely recommend it.

They responded to my email promptly, requested the necessary information, and maintained clear communication throughout. A replacement handle was sent out quickly, arrived without delay, and is now installed and functioning perfectly. I am really impressed with their efficiency and helpfulness from start to finish. The products seem to be of good quality, but I was unable to install due to compatibility issues and had to return it. What really lets this company down is their lack of customer service. Once there is a problem, raising the issue and seeking resolution is nearly impossible; they just don’t seem interested. When contact is finally made (after threats of legal action), their handling is rude and condescending. I have switched to another provider who offers much better service.
Everything works well, but I wish the fingerprint detection was better. It needs improvement, and the timer lockout should be removable or have the option to disable it. This device will be installed in various locations for different reasons. In my case, it works perfectly unlocked; I don’t require fingerprint access at this moment. I believe it is a good product but needs enhancements. It would be beneficial to gather customer feedback on desired features, such as integration with smart home assistants.
The product seems fine, but the support is nonexistent. I can't link the lock to the app, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company via phone, social media, and email, I have received no assistance. If I don't get support soon, I will have to return the lock as faulty.
The product did not include the lock mechanism (which is expected at this price) and was faulty once installed. My repeated emails for a refund or replacement were ignored. Faulty, overpriced products and poor customer service. Returns are only handled via email... but they ignore you.
