I only received part of my order, which when queried they said they would look into, and a month has gone by without an update. The lock itself is good...but the fingerprint recognition is very glitchy and often doesn't work so I have to use the key fob - this causes problems as we only have 2.UPDATE: There was an issue with the inbox so my emails were unanswered due to this. I have since heard from their MD and my issues are now being addressed.
