Be prepared for potential issues. We rented a car, but the pre-delivery inspection did not document all the damages, especially to the rims and tires. We received no paperwork, which was very poor. Upon returning the car, the inspector immediately pointed out damage to two rims, claiming they needed replacement. The damage was minor and could have been polished out. I was made to sign paperwork stating the car was full of fuel and then they added a note about the rim damage. They seemed to overlook other areas of the car. There was also rust damage on the front. They refused to return the falsified documents. The attitude at the drop-off was aggressive and unprofessional. This seems to be a common issue with this company, as another couple next to us faced a similar situation for a minor scratch. They appear to exploit insurance for extra cash. This ruined the end of our trip. Very disappointing.
