Theft

We rented a car for 3 weeks in the month of February 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa. On February 10, we stopped at a red light when we were hit from behind by another car. So we are not at fault. We were charged a total amount of more than 1200.00 €. Bluu would do the necessary to repay this through the insurance of the other party. After more than 6 months and 10 emails to Bluu rental company, we have still not been reimbursed. I therefore strongly advise against renting a car from this company. This is pure theft.John Smets
