We rented a car (which wasn't in perfect conditions) from PE airport and gave it back a week later in Cape Town airport. I unfortunately had a small incident in a parking lot and scratched one door. A few days after we gave back the car, one person from Bluu car rental kept on trying to debit a huge amount from our bank account. She kept on changing this amount (R40000 / R35000 - yes, for a scratch!) and harassing us on phone (calling sometimes 8 times per hour) for weeks on end. Until she finally was able to debit the equivalent of 1500€. Now, we're still trying to solve this matter, but believe me, this rental company is a bunch of crooks (or at least one of them is a crook for sure).
