Blu Rental car in Cape Town,South Africa-August 2022. Such a pity -Wonderful staff and great choices of cars. The reviews were negative -describing many overcharges and many “administrative” fees being added on. I decided to take the chance anyway thinking all those bad reviews were disgruntled renters. NOT true!!!!I was charged for a “ding” on the trunk, scratches to hubcaps and a scrape to left side of car-non of those belong to my 5 days of car rental.I picked it up on a rainy night but even so -would not have seen those things . I rent cars frequently -never had an issue!!!Infact a day later I picked up another rental this time from Budget -No Issues ,NO overcharges!!The worst is that they do not respond to emails inquiring why I am being over charged .Nor do they answer their phone . BEWARE…those reviews are true!! :(
