We were really pleased with the car and service initially, but encountered a scam during the return process. We refueled the car at the airport before returning it, so it was shocking to see a ZAR 200 refuel fee on the bill. When I sought clarification, they asked for all receipts from the trip to determine our fuel usage. Who keeps all receipts from a week-long journey? I've seen similar complaints from others. I advise against using this service due to their unfair practices.
