If you insist on returning, they tell you to contact your local post office for shipping to China, which customer service admits could cost $32 plus tariffs up to $25. This feels like a scam to prevent returns—especially since the shipping label shows the items came from Texas.Update: After pushing back, they agreed to refund 50% of the costs and let me keep the shirts—which I wouldn’t give to anyone because the quality is poor. The only positive is their quick email responses, but that doesn’t make up for deceptive policies and subpar products.Bottom line: Don’t waste your money. Never again ordering from an outsourced, no-brand company.
