Do not order with this company. I ordered a shirt 1 size bigger than normal based on the reviews I read. The shirt was still very small. Trying to reach their customer service is a nightmare as they do not put the correct email on their website. When I finally was able to connect with someone they said their return policy is a 30% refund. Not to mention the fees to ship it back to Asia. You've been warned!
I had a great experience with Bluvap. I initially ordered the wrong size shirt—I ordered a Large, but at 5’10” and 195 lbs, a Medium ended up being the better fit. Their customer service team was quick, helpful, and took great care of correcting my order without any hassle.The dry-fit shirt itself is extremely well made and looks and feels amazing. Even though it was a bit larger than I expected, the quality really stood out. I’m looking forward to receiving the correct size so I can proudly wear it.A big thank you to the customer service representative who assisted me. My husband loves Bluvap’s t-shirts. I ordered him another one but ordered it in the wrong size. I was pleased at the promptresponse from customer service and their offer to ship another one to me in the correct size at no extra cost.

Be very careful when ordering from this company. Watch out that your shipping and billing address get changed for you and not what you put in!! Not happy with the service and very unhappy with customer care, or lack of !! Not using them again. Response to their response..NOT the case at all!! The address was different and not the one I gave. Lies and scams. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Avoid Bluvap at all costs. The shirts I received were thin, boxy, short, and cheap-looking—nothing like what was advertised. The quality is extremely disappointing.The return process is a nightmare. They refuse full refunds and instead offer a 10% refund if you keep the shirts or send one “Athletic Fit” shirt as an exchange. If you insist on returning, they tell you to contact your local post office for shipping to China, which customer service admits could cost $32 plus tariffs up to $25. This feels like a scam to prevent returns—especially since the shipping label shows the items came from Texas.Update: After pushing back, they agreed to refund 50% of the costs and let me keep the shirts—which I wouldn’t give to anyone because the quality is poor. The only positive is their quick email responses, but that doesn’t make up for deceptive policies and subpar products.Bottom line: Don’t waste your money. Never again ordering from an outsourced, no-brand company.
