I'm honestly very disappointed with this experience. I purchased a T-shirt and didn't open it until around 40 days after delivery, only to find a visible stain on it. When I contacted customer service, they told me their policy only allows returns or exchanges within 14 days - with a maximum of 30 days - so there was nothing they could do.I completely understand having policies, but for an unworn, brand-new $75 shirt that arrived stained, I expected more understanding and flexibility. It's frustrating to feel stuck with a defective product
