I strongly advise against selecting this moving service for transporting your belongings. Their incompetence is unbelievable, with no coordination whatsoever. I included some antique glasses in my shipment, and three out of ten were crushed. They encouraged me to file a claim, but their response was disheartening: "As per your contract, the standard liability is $0.60 per pound per item for any damage or missing items. We can offer you a settlement of $200.00." This was their way of addressing the destruction of cherished antiques. Additionally, aside from the sales team, most staff communicate in other languages, making it difficult if you're not fluent in Spanish or Slavic languages. The delivery crew only spoke a Slavic language and immediately demanded payment before unloading. The pickup team had limited English, but they were more proficient than I was in Spanish. When I asked about delivery time, one crew member said I'd be "lucky to receive them in two weeks," which turned out to be true, but the company dismissed him for being honest. If you're considering long-distance moving, look elsewhere. I wish I had chosen a more reputable service, but it's too late now. They add no value, and if you decide to go with them, be prepared for trouble. Learn from my unfortunate experience and avoid this service.
