I was extremely skeptical about long distance movers due to all the negative reviews about up charges and broken promises. Blvd Movers were in constant contact throughout the process and what Brent quoted me was what I paid. They sent their local team, Ramon and Danny, from Saddlebrook to collect my belongings and they assessed, inventoried, labelled, wrapped with care, and loaded my property as if it were there own. They were clear with the review of the process, pricing exceptions and policies, careful with all of my things and explanatory the entire way. I would highly recommend this team for any moves, local or LD. I have been made assured of complete satisfaction as a result of the company's efforts. If they need ever arose again, I would use Blvd in a heartbeat.
Let me start by saying, I was sold once Brent started telling me things are marked with a label. The days leading up to my move, I had communication with like no other! Emails, texts, and via phone. Anytime I had a question, someone was always available. Now let's talk about moving day. I received a call when they were about 45 mins out, perfect. David G and Gustavo came and went straight to work. Wrapping things to ensure nothing gets damaged, before stacking boxes, I was asked if anything was fragile, which I really appreciated. Super nice, friendly, and professional. If and when I move again, definitely calling this company again!

I regretfully included some antique glasses in my shipment, and three out of ten were broken. They suggested I file a claim, but their response was disheartening: "According to your contract, the standard liability is $0.60 per pound per item for any damage or missing items. We can offer you $200.00 as a settlement." This was their way of addressing the destruction of cherished antiques. Furthermore, aside from the sales team, most staff communicate in languages other than English, making it challenging if you're not fluent in Spanish or Slavic languages. The delivery crew spoke only a Slavic language and immediately demanded payment before unloading. The pickup team had limited English skills, but they were more proficient than I was in Spanish. When I inquired about delivery time, one crew member said I'd be "lucky to receive them in two weeks," which turned out to be true, but the company dismissed him for being honest. If you're considering long-distance moving, look elsewhere. I wish I had chosen a more reputable service, but it's too late now. They provide no value, and if you decide to go with them, be prepared for trouble. Learn from my experience and avoid this moving service.

If I could rate this service with zero stars, I would. Having moved numerous times during my military career, I can confidently say this is the worst moving company I've encountered. They quoted me one price, but once my belongings were loaded, they demanded more money or they wouldn't complete the move. I had already sold large items, which should have lowered the cost, not increased it. Under a tight deadline for a new job, I felt pressured. I also paid for packing services, but they carelessly packed fragile items with heavy objects, resulting in countless broken items. To make matters worse, they failed to show up on the promised dates, their communication was poor, and several of my belongings never arrived. When I sought answers, I received a half-hearted apology and no accountability. This service may talk a good game to win your business, but don't be deceived. It's nothing more than a dishonest money grab. If you value your time, money, and belongings, steer clear of them.
