I placed an order on November 30th and after two weeks, I emailed to check the status. I discovered that the items were out of stock and on backorder. I requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund, but they are refusing and providing ultimatums that favor them, not me. I would strongly advise against this business; they are scammers!
