This company is a total scam. The keep saying my order has been skipped over and over. They don't respond to emails. When you want to manage subscription it says page cannot be found. Bbb rates it as a fraud company. I'm calling my bank and having it removed from my credit card.

The store automatically signs you up for a subscription but they do not disclose it. When you contact them to cancel, they ignore you or tell you that it is cancelled, but keep charging you and sending orders every month. They are very uncooperative and act very shady. BUYER BEWARE!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from them due to their business practices. Good luck getting them to stop charging you and sending products that you did not order.

The cleaner is not as great as stated, smell does not last. So I decided to never buy again. Then to my surprise the next month I get another delivery in the mail. So I was billed again on my credit card stating that I signed up for a subscription. I never signed up for a subscription to this company. I mean who goes through two large bottles of soap every month washing floors. So I went back on their website and nowhere does it say you're signing up for a subscription then I noticed a tiny little box that stated you were signing up for a subscription right when you were checking out which no one would have seen. They are definitely taking advantage of people. Now I have six bottles of soap for my floors that I absolutely hate. And I have sent at least 15 emails to them telling them to cancel my subscription and they keep sending me different links each time telling me I had to cancel. Now I don't know about anybody else but I am not clicking on strange links that are different in every email I received from them. They have been reported to my credit company as fraudulent charges and I have sent all emails to my credit card company. This company is a fraud do not buy from them in their checkout keep an eye out for that little tiny button that says you're signing up for a subscription. I don't know about anybody else but the little amount of soup they say you need to use there's no way you're using two bottles of this stuff every month to mop your floors. Horrible company horrible customer service and they won't even give me a telephone number to contact them. They are being reported to the better Business bureau also.
The product is good, I enjoy the smell of the mahogany. I used 1oz in a 1/2 sink full of water and it cleaned pretty well. Left a light scent in my home. I have a large German Shepherd and tile floors so it hides the dirt. I think it's expensive for the size that you get and the directions are vague about how much to use.
Overall I like the product. The scent is nice, but it does not last as advertised. So, one capful in my ocedar mop bucket does leave a slight sticky residue. Overall, I like it and will order again. It’s just very pricy. Also, tracking doesn’t update so I didn’t know my order ever shipped.
I was more impressed than I expected. My floors have never looked this clean! However, the scent didn’t last very long. While it smelled great, I would have liked it to linger a bit longer in my home. I understand that there’s a fine line between a pleasant scent and it being overpowering. With dogs in the house, I’m pleased with how fresh and clean my floors are compared to what I used before.
I strongly advise against ordering from this company. My experience was so disappointing that I will never order again. It took an entire month to receive the product, which was not as advertised. To make matters worse, I was notified of a charge for another order that I never authorized. Despite my request to cancel and refund my card, they shipped the product anyway. This company is untrustworthy and fraudulent; if you want to save your money, steer clear of them.
I was really let down by this. It has a pleasant scent in the bottle, but it doesn’t last in the house or on the floor. The return policy only allows for refunds if the item is completely unopened or unused, which is quite frustrating. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied.
Absolutely love the fragrance! I followed the instructions and added a generous amount of the solution to my mop bucket, but I don't believe that's essential. It cleans effectively. However, I feel it's a bit overpriced for the quantity provided, and I had to wait around two weeks for delivery.
I never received the product, as it remained in the shipping facility for two weeks according to the tracking. The company was unhelpful in resolving the issue, and when I asked to cancel the order due to non-receipt, they informed me that I could not. Now, I have to file a claim with my bank to retrieve my money.
