Misleading practices

I am filing a complaint regarding my order. I did not authorize it to be a subscription, and immediately after being charged, I requested cancellation and a full refund. The company promised to update me within 24-48 hours, but they failed to do so. After following up, they claimed my order was 'already in transit' and offered only a 10% refund while still sending the item. Over a week later, my order status shows 'preparing shipment,' proving it wasn't in transit when they denied my request. The business has ignored my cancellation request, failed to provide updates, and misrepresented shipping status. I demand a full refund and confirmation that my subscription is canceled.
