This is a horrible company!
The cleaner is not as great as stated, smell does not last. So I decided to never buy again. Then to my surprise the next month I get another delivery in the mail. So I was billed again on my credit card stating that I signed up for a subscription. I never signed up for a subscription to this company. I mean who goes through two large bottles of soap every month washing floors. So I went back on their website and nowhere does it say you're signing up for a subscription then I noticed a tiny little box that stated you were signing up for a subscription right when you were checking out which no one would have seen. They are definitely taking advantage of people. Now I have six bottles of soap for my floors that I absolutely hate. And I have sent at least 15 emails to them telling them to cancel my subscription and they keep sending me different links each time telling me I had to cancel. Now I don't know about anybody else but I am not clicking on strange links that are different in every email I received from them. They have been reported to my credit company as fraudulent charges and I have sent all emails to my credit card company. This company is a fraud do not buy from them in their checkout keep an eye out for that little tiny button that says you're signing up for a subscription. I don't know about anybody else but the little amount of soup they say you need to use there's no way you're using two bottles of this stuff every month to mop your floors. Horrible company horrible customer service and they won't even give me a telephone number to contact them. They are being reported to the better Business bureau also.
