I would have never opened an account with this bank if I knew what a customer service nightmare this place was. I would have never had opened an account if I knew how many unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to close my account. Been three days of trying to close my checking account. They won’t let it happen. Just a personal checking account. For some reason greed and obstacles are more important than customer satisfaction. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. I will only have negative experiences of this bank. I hope my association with the company is over, if they finally allow me to close my account. Garbage.
