During our initial conversation, I was completely honest about the condition of the car, including mentioning some minor scratches. They provided a price and assured me it was a guaranteed amount. However, when the team arrived to pick up the car, the situation changed drastically. They attempted to lower the agreed price, despite being fully informed about the vehicle’s condition. To make things worse, the main representative – the same person I spoke to initially – made an inappropriate remark suggesting, "sounds like you need the money." I found this behavior incredibly unprofessional, condescending, and unnecessary. It felt like a deliberate tactic to pressure me into accepting a lower offer than what was originally agreed upon. I truly wish this industry had better oversight, as my experience felt like an attempt to exploit rather than act with honesty and integrity. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this service.
