I reached out to the service for a quote after my vehicle started making a rattling noise. During our initial conversation, I was completely honest about the condition of the car, including mentioning some minor scratches. They provided a price and assured me it was a guaranteed amount. However, when the team arrived to pick up the car, the situation changed drastically. They attempted to lower the agreed price, despite being fully informed about the vehicle’s condition. To make things worse, the main representative – the same person I spoke to initially – made an inappropriate remark suggesting, "sounds like you need the money." I found this behavior incredibly unprofessional, condescending, and unnecessary. It felt like a deliberate tactic to pressure me into accepting a lower offer than what was originally agreed upon. I truly wish this industry had better oversight, as my experience felt like an attempt to exploit rather than act with honesty and integrity. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this service.
I had a disappointing experience with them. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a nightmare due to inadequate customer service. There were no appropriate collection vehicles, issues with keys, and so on. Despite their friendly demeanor and seeming concern, they failed to return calls, which suggested otherwise.
Initially, I was apprehensive thinking this might be a scam after reading some reviews. However, my entire experience was positive. I completed the online form on Tuesday evening, received a call Wednesday morning with a great offer on my vehicle. The car was collected before 9 AM on Friday, and the funds were in my bank by 11:30 AM.
STAY AWAY at all costs! They were supposed to collect my vehicle twice but failed to do so, resulting in costs I had to bear from the garage. I spoke with a very unprofessional representative who was rude and lacked any customer service skills. Despite their cancellations, they insisted I pay a fee when I needed my car collected urgently. This is unacceptable!
The representatives were polite and respectful during our interactions, yet their approach felt somewhat passive-aggressive. They mentioned a 48-hour timeframe for pick-up, but it actually took eleven days. In comparison, the pick-up service was excellent to work with.
