When I spoke to the first person in store was not very helpful at all as I had no receipt , which was not offered at time of purchase- was asked to call customer services and they were able to send me a copy of the receipt - when speaking to customer service on the phone in store another gentleman said to me they could have done this for me ?? Tom in store was very helpful and the issue got resolved but just one thing as it’s Christmas and people are purchasing items for present they should take a receipt and the employees on the till should insist as not to have this issue again ?
