compliments to one of your members of staff. This morning I visited your store in mold flintshire to begin preparing our garden for the summer now we have blue sky's and lovely sunshine, I meet a gentleman in the garden centre full of enthusiasm and knowledge helped me select a number of plants mainly bedding ( I'll be back for more) but he also advised we purchase compost and booster feed which he uses himself as they encourage bigger blooms, Sorry if ive gone on a little and I probably kept him occupied longer then I should have this morning although Darren was more then happy to spend time talking and so helpful a breath of fresh air many retail staff have little time so credit were its due well stocked garden centre healthy plants and affordable prices

Visited Edge Lane store Sunday 1st March with Mum and grandaughter parked up, got to entrance no trolleys ,asked in side was told they are at the end of the car park ,so not an enjoyable start ,just got a couple of bits ,spoke to Jess who just gave me a number to ring ,wont be going back into a b&m store ,customer service waste of time too

I went to this b&m today with my mum.
We was at the till and my mum was standing at the end where you pack your shopping and i was next in line. The young girl who was serving from the name badge i think i remember seeing her name badge was - Afra -
She accused my mum of taking a bag that was near where i was standing before she walked to pack her shopping and my mum said no this is mine that i re use and you can clearly tell its old it’s all scrunched up n folded, doesnt look new at all as if she took it off the hanging thing. Anyway she had so much attitude when she’s the one accusing when we bring our own bags i had my own bag too anyway my mum was ready to pay and she started scanning my stuff. I look at her and said NO we’re separate, im standing in the line she’s paying for her stuff im paying for mine separately. This young girl afra already had an attitude and as i payed she said b*tch and was kissing her teeth to mum when she accused her of taking a bag. When my mums own bag was in trolley scrunched up.
Afra is horrible, she’s a young brown girl with an attitude problem who swore and takes too long to count the change, she really needs more training

Most unhelpful, incompetent members of staff in the Tottenham Hale store. No product knowledge from 3 staff members, one sent me to wrong aisle. When I went back to ask him again. Reply he doesn't know. The next doesn't know what is rechargeable batteries and told me they don't sell them. When they do. When I asked the cashier to speak to the manager. Her reply was no she is new & look on the floor as some of stuff fall on the floor. Worst customer service ever. Never going there again.

I had to ring customer service centre about a parking fine I received through the post,stating I had stayed too long in there car park!
After speaking to Jane the customer service advisor and explaining there was a group of us Christmas shopping and we spent alot of money in store,along with sending receipts of purchases I made she contacted to car park owners which are NOT B&M and within 4 hours I received an email to say it was all sorted and didn’t have to pay the fine,I was very worried in case I was being scammed and was going to contact my local non urgent police number to report the letter I got,however Jane sorted it for me.

I could not see the cat food that I wanted to buy and your colleague, Adam, tall fella was very helpful.

Adam went to check the stock and came back with what I needed and then I realised I needed more so he kindly made a second trip. 

Adam was helpful and polite and deseves credit from his management.

I really appreciated Adam's help.

My two cats will be very happy to eat their favourite cat food.

Mixed experience with birch logs

I bought some jumbo packs of birch kiln dried logs from a local store and found them to be quite good and reasonably priced. They were kept outside and covered with plastic to protect them from rain, then moved indoors for the night. However, it seems they only stock these at certain times of the year. When I bought the same item from another location, they were very wet upon bringing them home and will need time to dry before they can be used. They had been stored outside in a garden centre, fully exposed to the weather. In contrast, other logs stored in sealed bags had some protection. I recommend that these large sacks be covered with a waterproof material to keep the logs dry. The staff at the store were very helpful and respectful, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The team deserves recognition for their service.
