Purchased IPad charger cable which didn't work unfortunately the receipt was mislaid. Although disabled had to visit the store 3 times to get it sorted without success, young lady on customer service till was first class the others didn't have a clue. Eventually had to phone head office and spoke to Lisa who sorted it out no problem. Why the people in the store couldn't do this i don't know.Not going back to that store again
