Received a parking fine for overstaying in their car park by 1 min (11 mins if you don't count the 10 minute grace period.)Store couldn't help but was directed to customer service team. Once provided with all the relevant information the charge was wiped by a very helpful person called Lisa.Easy to sort and a satisfactory outcome. ThanksMy final take though is the customer service experience was great, however B&M really need to look at the cowboy companies that look after their car parks as they will start to tarnish the brand name
