I've experienced my second recall in just five years of owning this vehicle. I've been waiting for two months to resolve a starter motor recall. In the meantime, I've been told to park outside due to fire risks, which feels absurd. When I reached out to customer service about potential theft or damage while parked outside, they simply stated it was my responsibility, directing me to my insurance, which won't cover it because my policy requires the car to be parked in a garage. This experience has led me to believe that investing in this vehicle was a mistake; I would recommend looking at other brands instead.
