In the meantime, we were told to park it outside due to fire risks if left in the garage—what a ridiculous situation! When I contacted customer service about the possibility of theft or damage while parked outside, they completely dismissed any responsibility, stating it was my problem to handle with my insurance. Unfortunately, my insurance won’t cover this situation since it requires the vehicle to be parked in the garage. The takeaway? It’s not worth the investment in this brand; even after spending a significant amount, the customer support is lacking—consider other options instead!
